Meet Kurt Rosalik

Originally from Troy, Michigan, I’ve spent more than 17 years helping individuals and families navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives: buying or refinancing a home.

After building my career in the mortgage industry, I relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where I continue to help homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors, and self-employed borrowers find financing solutions that fit their goals.

My approach is simple: listen first, educate second, and find the best solution available. Every borrower has a unique story, and I believe great mortgage advice starts with understanding your situation, not fitting you into a one-size-fits-all loan program.
